It's important to know your triggers before beginning this book. For many survivors, like myself, we write or read material that can be triggering to some readers. 

So, why do it? For me in particular, because I can't speak for all, it allows me to take back power once stolen.

I started off Chapters one and two with a huge triggers on purpose. If you're going to set the book down, there's a pretty good chance it'll be there. But I do want you to know that I write for power. So, if it seems powerless now, you may enjoy the read.
